At RideJetson, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Jetson product in its original packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
