How long does shipping take for electric scooters and bikes?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is the warranty policy on RideJetson products?
All our products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Do I need to assemble my bike or scooter upon arrival?
Most RideJetson products arrive 90% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, or front wheel using the included toolkit and manual.

Are your electric products water-resistant?
Our products have an IPX4 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and rain. However, they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
